The Glengarech Saga began in the 1412th Year of Aries, or as it is known in mundane reckoning, the year 1273 A.D. In the real world, the Troupe began preparations in March of 2007 and played its first few sessions in May.

The setting for the Story is the vast forest of Glengarech, located in what is today south-western Scotland. This places our new Spring covenant within the Loch Leglean Tribunal, but not too far from the boundaries of the Stonehenge Tribunal.

The Troupe uses the new Ars Magica Fifth Edition, available from our dear friends at Atlas Games. You can find a full description of the covenant under the Convenium section. To generate the game statistics for our Covenant, we used the old 2nd Edition Covenants sourcebook. The decision to use this book was based primarily on player nostalgia with previous editions of Ars Magica.

The Troupe meets on alternating Sunday afternoons. Our schedule for the Gwanwyn (Spring) 2008 is as follows:
